Triple R Child Care owners Marcia Fischbach and Michael Ross, are very proud to have had 12 years of consistent stewardship from directors Lisa Demato and Marilyn Bielema, a mother-and-daughter team. Lisa and Marilyn had 15 years of experience as directors of child care facilities in Illinois before relocating to Arizona to open the doors at Triple R Chandler in 1997. Many of our staff have served for 10 or more years, which isn't just a stroke of good luck.

We believe that a stable, safe environment is of paramount importance to a child's feeling of comfort, which in turn gives our parents the assurance they need to give their full attention at their workplace. Lisa, our Director, is so dedicated that she spends time each day working in a classroom to make certain the maximum is being done to benefit each child. Lisa's mother Marilyn acts as Co-Director to ensure that all levels of compliance are met in all areas. And Triple R makes use of surveillance cameras in each room -- with the monitor in the main office -- so that all parents are completely confident that their child is being well cared for.
